Orders & shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 5–9 business days in the US, 7–12 in Canada, the UK and the EU, and 8–18 elsewhere. See our shipping page for details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, shipping is free on every order over $100. Below that, the rate is shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships you receive an email with a tracking number. Enter it on our tracking page.

Will I pay customs duties?

Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country, unless they are collected at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best before the order is processed.

Returns & warranty

What is your return policy?

You can return unworn frames in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Start a return by emailing info@kelvineyewear.com. Full details on our returns page.

What does the 2-year warranty cover?

Manufacturing defects such as broken hinges, frame breakage under normal use or peeling lens coatings. It does not cover scratches, accidental damage, loss or normal wear.

My frames arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Lenses & frames

Do all Kelvin sunglasses block UV?

Yes. Every Kelvin lens is rated UV400 and blocks 100% of UVA and UVB rays.

What does polarized mean?

Polarized lenses filter horizontal light reflected from water, roads and glass. The result is less glare, deeper colours and less eye strain. Polarized styles are marked on each product page.

What do blue light glasses do?

They filter part of the high-energy blue light emitted by screens and reduce glare, for more comfortable long sessions at the desk. They are comfort eyewear, not a medical device.

Can I get prescription lenses?

Not yet. Kelvin frames currently come with non-prescription lenses only. Many opticians can fit prescription lenses into our frames.

How do I care for my frames?

Clean the lenses with the included microfibre cloth, store them in the case and avoid leaving them in a hot car or on a dashboard.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal, depending on your country. All payments are encrypted and processed securely.
